Biographical information.
Born on June 20, 1952 in the village of Kirovo, Tashkent district, Tashkent region, UzSSR. In 1974, he graduated with honors from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with a degree in metallurgical engineer.
Candidate of Technical Sciences (1986).
Doctor of Technical Sciences (2003).
In 2009, he was elected an academician of the Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences.
Since 2016 - Academician of the National Academy of Mining Sciences of Kazakhstan. Author of monographs "Equipment for pressure treatment of powders and powder blanks" (Chelyabinsk, 1992), "Peculiarities of obtaining tungsten products depending on the genesis of the source ores of Kazakhstan" (Almaty, 2003), more than 170 scientific articles.
1974-1980 - master, art. master, deputy head of the shop of the Uzbek Combine of refractory and heat-resistant metals (Chirchik, UzSSR).
1982 - Deputy. shop foreman, shop foreman, Deputy Chief Engineer for new equipment and technology, chief Engineer, General Director of UZKTZHM.
1999 - Deputy Director General for Science of UZKTZHM.
2002 - Deputy . Director of Science of the Institute of High Technologies of JSC NAC "Kazatomprom" (Almaty).
2004 - Director of the Refining plant of JSC NAC "Kazatomprom" (village of Taukent South Kazakhstan region).
From September 2004 to October 2012 – General Director of Stepnogorsk Mining and Chemical Combine LLP.
Currently, he is the General Director of the company "SARECO".

Awarded the order "badge of Honor" (1986), medals "For the construction of BAM" (1982), "Eren enbegi ushin" (2005), "of the Constitution of Kazakhstan 10 years" (2005), the "Merited worker of the nuclear industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the 1st degree (2007),
"10 years since the formation of JSC "Kazatomprom" (2007). Honorary citizen of the city of Stepnogorsk.
